✨ MIND, HEALTH + FITNESS

Did you know that when you take your supplements can make a big difference to how well your body absorbs them? Some vitamins work best with food, others on an empty stomach, and a few even compete with each other if taken together.

Getting the timing right helps your body absorb nutrients more effectively and get the full benefit from what you’re taking (who knew? 🤷‍♀️).

🧁 EXTRA SPRINKLES

A fresh twist on a classic - this Salmon Niçoise Smashed Potato Salad is packed with flavour. Think crispy smashed potatoes, flaky salmon, punchy olives, fresh greens and a zingy dressing that ties it all together. Light, satisfying and perfect for spring lunches. 🥔🌿

Why does the Hertford Scoop exist?

Because Hertford is quietly packed… and most people are blissfully unaware.
