Local Business & Town News

• New Flats & Shop Coming to Fore Street

  A plan to transform the old tyre centre site on Fore Street, currently home to food charity Jedidiah, has been approved. The redevelopment will add 9 new flats and a ground-floor shop, in a three-storey building designed to fit the historic look of the street. The neighbouring kebab shop site isn’t part of the project.

• Santa’s back on the horse & dray this Christmas Eve!
  Catch him as he sets off from McMullen’s Brewery at 9:30am, doing festive loops through Hertford until 12pm. A few seats may open up on the day - first come, first served. The White Hart will be opening early at 9:30am to keep you warm & festive while you wait 🎄✨
